The staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment, which is a huge plus in my book. The only downside was that I found it a bit difficult to schedule my follow-up appointment as I had to call multiple times to get through. It would be great if they could implement an online booking system to make it easier for patients. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and confident in my healthcare.
